In
the main part of the photo we can see a person sitting in the car

and looking around, I think the man is in a outdoor parking or
garage. It must be night so it’s dark and there is no natural light
so, there are a lots of lights and lamp posts. The man is wearing a
brown jacket and a hut like Sherlock Holmes. Is driving a black car
and is taking photos in something that we can’t now, may be a
person who commited
a
crime or is suspicious. Everything points that the person doesn’t
want to be
seen
her and it’s a secret mission so I might say that he
is a private detective.
